What do I need to have before I use myPAL Request Hub?

To use myPAL Request Hub, you need to have the following:

Rebooking/rerouting/refund:

·       Booking Reference Code (6 alpha numeric code)/Ticket number (07924 – XXXXXXXX)

·       Complete name of the passenger/s


Travel voucher:

·       Booking Travel Voucher Number (07915 – XXXXXXXX)

·       Complete name of the passenger/s

What requests can be facilitated through myPAL Request Hub?

Tickets issued through the PAL Website, PAL Mobile App, PAL Ticket Offices, or PAL’s Reservations Hotline can:

·       Rebook to a later flight after the Community Quarantine Period

·       Convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher

·       Redeem your Travel Voucher to a ticket

·       Request for a refund

·       Follow up on the existing request

If I booked through a travel agent, can I use myPAL Request Hub?

No. For tickets issued through Travel agency, requests must be made through your issuing agent. This covers both physical and online travel agencies (Expedia, Traveloka, etc.)

 

How can I check the status of my request?

You may submit a follow up request through myPAL Request hub. You may also contact our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US/Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or vist any PAL Ticket Office

 

How soon will I receive an acknowledgement email?

You will receive an acknowledgement email once you submit your initial request. Please ensure to input your correct and active email address.

 

When will my request be finalized?

Please expect a response from us within 7 business days from submission of request.

Will I pay additional amount for Rebooking?

 

For travels affected by cancellations and travel bans from July 1 - October 31, 2021

·       No rebooking fee and no fare difference for completed travels in the same booking class within 60 days from the affected flight date.

·       The chosen flight must be within ticket validity or 30 days from ticket expiry

·       Applicable taxes may be collected

·       Subject to seat availability

 

For travels not affected by cancellations and travel bans

Change fee, fare difference and no-show fee may apply. Subject to seat availability.

 

Will I pay additional amount for Rerouting?

For travels affected by cancellations and travel bans from July 1- October 31, 2021

·       No rebooking fee within 60 days from the affected flight date.

·       The chosen flight must be within ticket validity or 30 days from ticket expiry.

·       Applicable fare difference and  tax difference may be collected.

·       Subject to seat availability.

 

For travels not affected by cancellations and travel bans

Change fee, fare difference and no-show fee may apply. Subject to seat availability.

 

How will I pay if my rebooking/rerouting request has additional collection?

How will I know if my rebooking request is successful?

You will receive an email of your new confirmed booking. Kindly double check the details of your flight and the travel documents you needed to secure before your departure date.

Who can avail Travel Voucher?

Passengers with confirmed Philippine Airlines booking affected by COVID-19 cancellations and travel ban until October 31, 2021, or holding tickets issued util December 31, 2021, you can convert your ticket to a travel voucher.


For involuntary changes, travel voucher will be equivalent to unused amount of ticket plus 10 %.

For voluntary changes, travel voucher will be equivalent to unused amount of ticket.

Until when is my Travel Voucher valid?

Your travel voucher is one year valid and can be used to purchase new PAL tickets or PAL travel extra/s.

 

It can be extended to another year provided the request is submitted at least one day before it expires. Extension of travel voucher is allowed once.

 

How will I know if my Travel Voucher conversion is successful?

You will receive an email of your new Travel Voucher that reflects your name and the amount of your unused ticket.

 

How will I redeem my Travel Voucher?

You may submit your redemption request via myPAL Request Hub. Please ensure to input your Travel Voucher number correctly (07915 – XXXXXXXX).

How will I know if my Ticket redemption is successful?

You will receive an email of your new confirmed booking. Kindly double check the details of your flight and the travel documents you needed to secure before your departure date.

Will I be charged for penalties if I refund?


For flights affected by cancellations and travel ban:

There are no penalties collected for refund applications of passengers affected by the COVID-19 cancellations or travel bans.

 

For flights not affected by cancellation and travel ban:

Refund service fee and no-show fee may be collected.

  

How long will it take to get my refund?

Due to the limitations brought by the pandemic our refund process will take longer than usual.

 

We will provide an acknowledgement email once the initial request is submitted. The refund processing may take longer depending upon the ticket condition. (ex. Partially used ticket with multiple itinerary and travel extras). A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

 

For tickets issued via travel agency, please ask your travel agency to coordinate immediately with PAL.
