We are upgrading our systems to serve you better


During the upgrade, we continue to operate our scheduled flights but our Manage Booking and myPAL Upgrade Services are temporarily unavailable. Manage Booking Service will resume on March 25, 2019 (only for flights booked starting March 24, 2019) while MyPAL Upgrade Service will resume on March 26, 2019.


Passengers are advised to arrive early for check in at the airport and to bring a printed or digital copy of theirticket or receipt together with their government issued ID or passport. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
