What is Manage Booking?
Manage Booking is your online self-service facility which enables you to view your Philippine Airlines and PALexpress bookings and make certain changes at your fingertips.
Who can use Manage Booking?
Passengers with tickets purchased through the PAL channels such as ticket office, contact center, travel agent, website, and mobile app are eligible to use the Manage Booking facility.
What services can Manage Booking perform?
Through the Manage Booking, you can:
- view your PAL and/or PALexpress bookings
- view select Travel Extras
- update/add your email address, contact number and frequent flyer number up to four (4) hours from your scheduled flight departure
- select or modify regular seats (except for tickets purchased through travel agents)
- purchase PAL Travel Extras (except for tickets purchased through travel agents)

To use Manage Booking, you need to have
- your booking reference code
- the last name of any passenger from the PAL booking
- an electronic device with an updated internet browser
- internet connection
Just follow these simple steps to access Manage Booking
- log on to www.philippineairlines.com
- click the Manage Booking tab at the PAL homepage
- input your booking reference and last name
- click PROCEED
What are the acceptable modes of payment in Manage Booking?
You may conveniently pay through a valid credit or debit card for applicable charges incurred within the Manage Booking facility. Otherwise, you may also transact through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office.
If I booked through a travel agent, can I use Manage Booking?
Yes, passengers booked through a travel agent can use Manage Booking and enjoy its functionalities except for
- the purchase of Travel Extras
- selection and modification of regular seats

Can I modify previously purchased PAL Travel Extras through Manage Booking?

Meal Upgrade, Boutique & Pay Lounge |
No. Meal Upgrade, Boutique purchases and Pay Lounge access fees are non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferrable, except during non-voluntary flight rebookings due to delays or cancellations. myPAL Roam |
No, but you may extend the rental dates prior to your flight departure at the myPAL Roam Airport Booth in Manila Terminals 1 and 2. Any excess rental fees from shortened trips are non-refundable. Click myPAL Roam for more info. |
Can I refund my flight using Manage Booking?
No, but ticket refunds can be requested through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office. Applicable fees will be collected.
Can I request for wheelchair assistance, stretcher, oxygen, and bassinet using Manage Booking?
