REQUEST TO DECONGEST HOTLINE AND TICKET OFFICE

Dear PAL customers, please refrain from calling our customer Hotline (+63 2) 8855 8888) or visiting our Ticket Office at this time, except for urgent concerns. 


The ban on public transportation and strict checkpoint restrictions prevent us from deploying a full staff at the call center and ticket office, although we continue to set up alternative arrangements.  (Under the Luzon quarantine, we are allowed to open only one ticket office in Metro Manila.) 
 

Customer calls are up by over 1,000%; call waiting time is uncomfortably long and most calls fail to come through. The sole ticket office cannot accommodate any more customers without compromising public health and safety.

We regret to advise that all remaining Philippine Airlines international flights will be suspended temporarily, starting from 26 March 2020, Thursday until 14 April 2020. All domestic flights had ceased as of March 17, 2020.
