What is Manage My Booking?
Manage My Booking is an online self-service facility which enables passengers to view bookings on flights operated by Philippine Airlines and PALexpress and make certain changes at their fingertips anytime, anywhere.

What do I need to have before I use the Manage My Booking facility?
To use the Manage My Booking service, passengers need to have:

  • Any electronic device (laptop or mobile) with an updated Internet Browser
  • Stable internet connection
  • The booking reference code 
  • The surname of any passenger from the Philippine Airline booking to be managed

How do I access the Manage My Booking facility?
Passengers can access the Manage My Booking facility through these simple steps:
  • Open the internet browser and log on to www.philippineairlines.com.
  • Click the Manage My Booking tab in the homepage.
  • Input the Booking Reference and Last Name of any of the passengers to retrieve the flight reservation.
  • Click PROCEED.

Who can use the Manage My Booking facility?
Passengers who booked directly with Philippine Airlines may access / use the Manage My Booking facility provided that the ticket meets the following conditions:
  • Does not have any flown segment (completely unused one-way or round-trip itinerary)
  • Is ticketed on/after March 24, 2019
  • Is paid using the primary currency of origin country (e.g. PHP for domestic flights, USD for international flights from the Philippines, Japanese Yen for flights from Japan, etc)
  • Has less than ten (10) passengers
  • Has purely domestic one-way and round-trip, or
  • Has purely international one-way and round-trip itinerary with paid Philippine Travel Tax if the flight is from the Philippines. 

My ticket was issued on/after March 24, 2019 and meets the prior conditions. Can I rebook it through the Manage My Booking facility? 
Yes, voluntary rebooking may be made through the Manage My Booking Facilities, EXCEPT if:
  • One segment in the ticket is flown or used.
  • The ticket has multiple destinations (e.g. Los Angeles-Manila-Cebu-Davao)
  • The ticket has a flight segment booked with another airline 
  • The initial point of departure is different from the last point of arrival (e.g. Manila – Cebu – Davao)
  • Any of the flight segments does not flow sequentially (e.g. Manila-Haneda followed by Narita-Manila).

I received a non-voluntary flight change. Can I use the Manage My Booking Facility?
Passengers whose flights were delayed by more than 3 hours from the original schedule or cancelled with a replacement flight can ACCEPT the new schedule or CHANGE to a new preferred schedule in the same cabin class, EXCEPT if:
  • One segment in the ticket is flown or used.
  • The ticket has multiple destinations (e.g. Los Angeles-Manila-Cebu-Davao)
  • The ticket has a flight segment booked with another airline 
  • The initial point of departure is different from the last point of departure (e.g. Manila – Cebu – Davao)
  • Any of the flight segments does not flow sequentially (i.e. Manila-Haneda followed by Narita-Manila)
  • The ticket is beyond its validity period

I booked using a travel agent. Can I use the Manage My Booking Facility?
Yes, but passengers who booked through a travel agency may only view their flight itinerary and purchase PAL Travel Extras (e.g. myPAL Roam, Choice Seats, Prepaid Baggage, and Travel Insurance) in the facility. Other requests must be coursed through the issuing travel agency.

Which services can I perform in the Manage My Booking facility?
Through the Manage My Booking facility, passengers can:
  • View bookings on flights operated by PAL and PALexpress
  • View select Travel Extras
  • Select or modify regular seats
  • Rebook international flights up to twenty-four (24) hours from scheduled departure
  • Rebook domestic flights up to four (4) hours from scheduled departure
  • Reverse origin and destination of purely domestic flights up to four (4) hours from scheduled departure
  • Update any of the passengers’ email address, mobile number, and frequent flyer number up to twenty-four (24) hours from scheduled departure of international flights and up to four (4) hours from scheduled departure of domestic flights
  • Request special meals for dietary, medical, and religious needs in international flights up to 48 hours from departure, and
  • Purchase PAL Travel Extras such as:

Will there be any charges if I voluntarily change my flight itinerary? How do I pay for it?
Applicable fees, taxes, and fare difference will be collected via debit or credit card within the Manage My Booking facility. Passengers who did not receive a payment confirmation may contact our 24/7 Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725).

Can I modify previously purchased PAL Travel Extras through Manage My Booking facility?

Choice Seats - Yes. Choice Seats may be modified subject to new payment of applicable Choice Seats or Advance Seat Selection fees. Click Choice Seats for more info.

Prepaid Baggage – No. Prepaid baggage may only be purchased once per passenger flight segment. Click Prepaid Baggage for more info.

Meal Upgrade & Pay Lounge – No. Meal Upgrade and Pay Lounge access fees are non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferrable, except during non-voluntary flight rebookings due to delays or cancellations. In such cases, passengers may request for changes through our 24/7 Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or any PAL Ticket Office.

myPAL Roam – No, but passengers can extend the rental dates prior to their flight departure at the myPAL Roam Airport Booth in Manila Terminals 1 and 2. Any excess rental fees from shortened trips are non-refundable. Click myPAL Roam for more info.

Travel Insurance – No, but passengers may adjust their insurance coverage period by calling the Travel Insurance Customer Service Hotline of their flight origin (e.g. Passengers departing from Bangkok must call the Thailand Travel Insurance Hotline). Changes in coverage period can only be made for completely unused tickets. Passengers must note that the Travel Insurance Hotline varies per country of origin.

Can I refund our flight using the Manage My Booking facility? 

No, but ticket refunds can be requested through our 24/7 Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or any PAL Ticket Office. Applicable fees will be collected.

What are the acceptable modes of payment in Manage My Booking facility?

Passengers can conveniently pay through a valid credit or debit card for applicable charges incurred within the Manage My Booking facility. Otherwise, passengers may transact through our 24/7 Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or any PAL Ticket Office.

I am travelling with companion/s. Can I rebook our flight using the Manage My Booking facility?
Yes. Passengers travelling with companion/s (but not exceeding a total of nine passengers in the ticket) may rebook their flight via the Manage My Booking facility provided that the changes apply to all passengers. Applicable fees, taxes, and fare difference will be collected. Otherwise, passengers may transact through our 24/7 Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888 or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or any PAL Ticket Office.

Can I request for wheelchair assistance, stretcher, oxygen, and bassinet using the Manage My Booking facility?
