Some seats are displayed as unavailable in the seat map due to operational and safety concerns and may only be assigned at the airport.
If you would like to secure a seat reservation in advance, you can reserve through our PAL Ticket Offices or Reservations Hotline. You can also reserve a seat upon check-in at the airport, although this is subject to seat availability.
