PAL Rolls Out Travel Voucher with Bonus Value, and Unlimited Rebooking

To our PAL Passengers: 


We are carefully evaluating plans to resume some flights on selected routes by April 15, but this will depend on the status of relevant travel and quarantine restrictions, and above all on the public health and safety situation in the cities and countries that we serve.


We wish to assure you that your current tickets are safe and remain valid amid the continuing uncertainty.


If you are:


1. booked on any flight with a travel date from March 15 up to April 30, 2020; or

2. booked on a flight that is cancelled due to COVID-19 on any date from February 2 to May 31, 2020, or if you are prevented from traveling on those dates because of travel bans or mandatory quarantines …


… then you may avail of the following:


1. You may convert your ticket into a travel voucher that will be worth the full unused value of your ticket plus an additional 10% of said value, for use on future travels.


You may request for conversion to this travel voucher with bonus value by getting in touch with PAL via our myPAL Request Hub at https://mypal.vip/url/RequestHub or our Hotline at +632 8855-8888.


You may avail of this benefit if you have not made previous changes to your booking. (If your ticket was purchased through a travel agent, please contact your travel agent for the necessary coordination with PAL.)


2.We will now allow unlimited rebookings, with rebooking fees waived.  On your first rebooking, we will waive any applicable fare difference if you fly on the same cabin class on your rebooked flight, and if you travel on or before November 30, 2020 or within your ticket validity, whichever comes first.(For succeeding rebookings, you can choose a new date within your original ticket validity and we will waive the rebooking fees. However, we may collect a fare difference and taxes if your original fare level is not available on the rebooked flight.  Succeeding rebooking requests must also be submitted not later than 24 hours before the departure time of your most recent booked flight.)
