Mabuhay! Philippine Airlines’ system upgrade is still ongoing. The new target date of completion is on _____.


We continue to operate the flights scheduled until [new date], but certain passenger services are still not available during the transition period:

  1. Purchase and confirmation of new flight and tour bookings
  2. Rebooking, rerouting, and refunds
  3. BOnline check-in through PAL website, mobile application, and kiosk on March 22-__
  4. Check-through of connecting flights on March 22-
  5. myPAL Upgrade bidding on March 21-__
  6. Purchase of PAL Travel Extras, like additional baggage allowance and choice seats
  7. Redemption of Mabuhay Miles
  8. Special requests like special meals, bassinets, and stretchers


These services will resume after the completion of our upgrade targeted on ____. Passengers are still encouraged to arrive early for check-in at the airport and to bring a printed or digital copy of their ticket or receipt together with their government issued ID or passport.

We regret to advise that all remaining Philippine Airlines international flights will be suspended temporarily, starting from 26 March 2020, Thursday until 14 April 2020. All domestic flights had ceased as of March 17, 2020.
